About

I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in training under supervision who supports international English and Albanian-speaking children, adolescents, couples, and adults in Vienna, both online and in-person, in overcoming struggles in various areas, such as: difficult life periods, unsatisfying relationships, traumatic experiences, and so on.

I was born in Tirana, the capital of Albania, where I attended a variety of international schools. I moved to Vienna, Austria in 2015 to further pursue an education in a similarly rich and diverse environment. Moving countries and integrating in a new culture comes with its challenges and I have learned to use my experience as a tool of empathy in my work, to connect with my clients and help them out of their own challenging situation.

Over the last 7 years in the psychotherapy field I have incorporated various approaches, from psychodynamic to more instructive forms of therapy that ensure my clients support and competent guidance in every step of their journey.
